Read this before you start a diet for yeast infection!

There are many causes and cures for a yeast infection. Your diet for yeast infection could possibly be part of the problem. And if you correct it you will certainly help your yeast infection, but it will not be a cure. If you think of a yeast infection as a puzzle, your diet is just one small piece of the puzzle.

If you are on a diet for a yeast infection there are certain foods to avoid. At the top of that list would be sugar and carbs. Also anything containing yeast, breads, flour, vinegar, cheese, alcohol, mushrooms and peanuts. Also stay away from all sodas, sweet drinks, and sweet tea.

Your diet for yeast infection should include plenty of garlic. Fresh is the best, but supplements will help. Also yogart is good. Some people even rub it on the infected areas. Vegetables, aloe vera juice, lean proteins (such as beans, chicken and fish), and low fat dairy products should also be included.

The human body is an amazing work of art. It has the capability of healing and protecting itself. But YOU have to know what your body needs in order to make this happen. Something as small as breathing incorrectly could be making your yeast infection worse. You need to get your body in balance.

Yes, your diet for yeast infection is a part of the puzzle. And an important part. But do not feel that just because you are following a good diet for your yeast infection, that you will be cured. You may even feel some temporary relief. The best way is to follow a natural holistic approach if you would like to be rid of that yeast infection forever!
