Diet Weight control, weightloss diets, overweight, diets, how to loose weight quickly, gain weight plans, wellness, lifestyle are fashionable words we all live with but we do not make them ours. They stay commercial, we spend a lot of money in order to convert and achieve them whereas they should be a part of us.
So let us start to analyze:
The problem: We have no time to cook, we have no time to eat, everything has to be done fast, there are no regular meals.
The consequence: We gain every month a kg (2pds.) until we are 10kg (20pds) or more overweight, we do not have energy, we feel tired, our skin looks tired and pimpled and we feel voluminous.
The typical dialogue between an overweight person and a nutritionist: “I do not eat much, but I gain a kg (2pds.) every month.”. “OK, but what exactly do you eat and what do you drink?”.
And now I want you to join: Start with the breakfast you have in the morning, go on until lunch, through the afternoon and later, dinner. Write it down. Write exactly down what you eat and drink and you will find either the example of tab1 or tab2:

Breakfast:
Croissant (bagel) with butter and marmalade, coffee or tea
Doughnuts, coffee or tea
Between breakfast and lunch:
Doughnuts, bagels, sandwich, coffee, tea, coke
Lunch:
Something fast and fried, or burgers, coke
Between lunch and dinner:
Sandwich, coke
Dinner:
Just two or three sandwiches, no cooking, coke

Breakfast:
Corn flakes or other flakes with milk, a toast with butter and cheese or ham, coffee or tea
Between breakfast and lunch:
Chocolate bars, soft drinks, coffee, tea
Lunch:
No time for lunch
Between lunch and dinner:
Any kind of Potato or rice chips, coke
Dinner:
Something fast and fried, or burgers, coke
Do you see what I mean ? Do you like your body ? Would you like your body if you weren’t 10kg (20 pds) overweight ?
The Supposed Solution ?
The supposed solution: Dieting plans. To be on a diet plan to reduce weight seems to be a kind of “must” nowadays. The tomato and potato diet, the 5-days-soup-only diet, etc.
The typical client/nutritionist dialogue: “When I am on a diet I loose weight but when I start eating normal again I gain everything and more”. OK, when we take away calories from our daily eating and drinking habits, our bodies will start burning reserves they built before – fat. We loose weight.
When we start eating like we did before our bodies will start building fat reserves again because they do not need all the calories we give them in order to function correctly.

The Secret
The Secret: First of all, if we ate what our bodies need in order to function correctly and our minds to feel well there would be no diet necessary.
Because body and mind build a unity. You. Me. So what does this unity of body and mind want ?
- · We want to be well fed.
- · We want to feel well.
- · We want to look nice and slim.
- · We want to have a healthy looking skin.
- · We want to keep our weight.
What do we need to do in order to keep the unity going and satisfied?
- · To provide all the nutrients our bodies need in order to be healthy and to keep their weight.
- · To hydrate our bodies with 2l of water every day.
- · To study ourselves if the unity feels well, is not hungry, looks nice and slim and keeps his/her weight.
Keep it easy.
Our body does know what to do with a natural product but it does not know what to do with treated products like, f.ex.: sugar (coke, chocolate, doughnuts), salt (pre-cooked food, sandwiches, potato chips), fat (anything fried), white flavour (croissants, bagels, bread, pasta). As it does not know what to do with them, it keeps them and builds fat reserves.
Keep it natural. Think of fruit, grilled vegetables, salad, grilled chicken or fish without sauces.And in order to give us support when there is no time to grill or to buy or prepare a salad or vegetables, there are very good complementary products, intelligent nutrition which contain everything our bodies need (proteins, vitamins, minerals, etc.), without any fat or sugar, white flavour, etc. Anybody has time to drink a protein shake or chocolate/protein bar at lunch time.
We will feel fine, not hungry, well fed and full of energy. Full of energy ? Why ? Because we do not overload our unity with things she/he cannot elaborate. Keep it moderate. Intelligent nutrition is a diet for an intelligent unity. Because yes, we can eat what we like but moderately. It is a diet converted in a habit in order to keep our weight and feel well, look well and be healthy. And there is even more help: Healthy food is divided in colours. Each colour does something for our health and makes it easier for us to classify what our unity needs.Make up your mind and have a look.
