We spoke and McDonalds listened...McDonalds now serves food that any dieter or diabetic can eat.

So when the children beg to go eat, at McDonalds ,you can go and eat right along with them without worrying about your diet or blood sugar.

They have salads and even desert(if apples can serve as desert)

Not only do they taste good, they are also healthy.

Here are some of their good tasting low carb foods you can try.
