Anxiety disorders are chronic, relentless, and they can become progressively worsened if not treated. People suffering from chronic and intense anxiety may also experience nausea, trembling, chills, and lightheadness. Anxiety disorder is one of the most common mental health disorders. It is basically defined as a critical disturbance in the mental state that can ultimately lead to chronic anxiety.

Anxiety disorder symptoms will come and go in their severity. In this type of condition, you will feel as if there is nothing that can be done to help you. Anxiety disorder affects more people than you think. Millions of people suffer from anxiety disorders however the majority of them keep in to themselves. Anxiety disorders are a unique group of illnesses that fill peoples lives with persistent, excessive, and unreasonable anxiety, worry, and fear. They include generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), panic disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), social anxiety disorder (SAD), and specific phobias.

Anxiety disorder, although quite common, is most often overlooked or misjudged in children and adolescent .Which otherwise can be treated with medicines and therapies.

Generalized social anxiety disorder is one that can affect an individual on many occasions such as social gatherings or talking to someone of importance. This disorder is the one that most commonly occurs to people. Generalized anxiety disorder (gad) often begins during stressful situations where we feel we have no control over. Generalized Anxiety Disorder - 7 percent of those 60 and older are diagnosable as having GAD, as opposed to 3.1 percent of the general population, more than double. Women are twice as likely to be affected as men.Stressful events can amp up the effects of GAD even more. A person with GAD who is experiencing a truly traumatic stressful event such as a job loss or one who is going through a divorce or separation will experience the anxieties at an even deeper level than those with normal GAD. Stress is an internal reaction and your bodys reaction to change. Exercise can help your body release confined stress and can make the body stronger.

General anxiety disorder is described by diffuse feelings of apprehensions with physiological symptoms. Specific phobia is a feeling of intense, irrational fears towards certain things, like closed-in places, heights, water, etc. Generalized anxiety disorder is classed in those who feel anxious or fearful on the majority of days. The feelings they have with the fear are varied and the depth at which they feel the feelings can be different from one day to the next. While someone without GAD may find themselves anxious in certain scenarios, persons with GAD may be almost paralyzed with anxiety in situations that should not generate that level of fear and worry.

Generalized anxiety disorder is generally regarded as a long-term condition that may become a lifelong problem. Patients frequently find their symptoms resurfacing or getting worse during stressful periods in their lives. Living the fast paced and deadline centric lives that we lead it is only natural for us to worry and fret over something or the other. Generalized anxiety disorder is much more than the normal anxiety people experience day to day. It's chronic and exaggerated worry and tension, even though nothing seems to provoke it.

Individuals who suffer from Social Anxiety Disorder may experience intense difficulty while interacting with other people in social situations. This feeling is characterized by an unnatural, extreme and irrational fear and anxiety. Individual patterns of anxiety vary widely. Some patients have cardiovascular symptoms, such as palpitations and sweating; some have gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, feelings of emptiness, butterflies in the stomach, gas pains, and even diarrhea; some have urinary frequency; and some have shallow breathing and tightness in the chest.

Anxiety disorders are curable and there are two types of treatments available for anxiety disorder- medication and psychotherapy.

Medication is often the first choice for parents but there are also plenty of natural remedies that can effectively treat anxiety disorder.. the proven most effective way to treat anxiety sufferers is stress management, relaxation and physical exercise..

Physical activity has many benefits. A regular physical activity program can help decrease stress , if it exists. Physical activity plays a key role in reducing and preventing the effects of stress. Make time for at least 30 minutes of exercise, three times per week. Breathe in slowly for a count of 7 then breathe out for a count of 11. Repeat the 7-11 breathing until your heart rate slows down, your sweaty palms dry off and things start to feel more normal. Breath slow and deep, relax your stomach as you do so. Try to keep a rhythm and follow it all throughout the duration of the exercise.

Medication is usually the last resort of psychiatrists. Aside from antidepressants, some doctors also prescribe medication that help relieve stress. Medications are most effective when used in conjunction with other therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy.
