Recipe for Noodles in Indian style

Noodles you would love to taste

Ingredients:

1 packet of noodle(boiled and drained in cold water and tossed in 1-2 tsps oil so that noodles do not stick to each other )

1/4 cup spring onions, finely chopped

1 thinly sliced onions

2 cups finely chopped carrots, beans, cabbage and capsicum and potato (optional)

1 tsp soya sauce

1 tsp green chilly paste (optional)or chilly sauce

1 tbsp vinegar

1/2 tsp black pepper powder /may use red chilly if you wish

1/2 tsp sugar

1/4 tsp turmeric powder (optional)

salt as required

1/4 cup tomato puree/or tomato sauce for tangy taste

1 1/2 tbsps cooking oil

method:-
1)Heat the oil in a large wok/cauldron add the spring onions and sliced onions and stir fry for one minute .
2) Add the vegetables and stir them for some time till tender
3) Add salt, pepper powder soya sauce 1/4 cup or 2 table spoon tomato puree and 1/2 tea spoon of sugar and 1/4 tsp turmeric powder if want to give muddy brown look and mix.Now add the drained noodles and mix well.
4) Add vinegar and toss the noodle and vegetables for sometime. Turn off heat. Garnish with chopped spring onion greens finely corriander leaves and serve hot with vegetables in spicy garlic sauce.
