Today I thought I would discuss a problem that many people suffer with, a DEVIATED SEPTUM

Nasal septum deviation is a common physical disorder of the nose involving a displacement of the nasal septum. Normally, the septum lies centrally, and thus the nasal passages are symmetrical. A deviated septum is an abnormal condition in which the top of the cartilaginous ridge leans to the left or the right, causing obstruction of the affected nasal passage. The condition can result in poor drainage of the sinuses. The sufferer can also complain of difficulty in breathing easily, headaches, bloody noses, or of sleeping disorders such as severe snoring.

I  am one of those people who suffer with a deviated septum and has trouble breathing, especially at night. my wife tells me I snore heavily I've pretty much covered all my bases

looking for ways to improve my breathing without going for surgery.

I have tried Breathing Strips, expensive and did not help!

I've tried straps..no help!

Mouth pieces.... no help!

What people don't seem to understand is that, if you cannot breathe through your nose while sleeping your body will compensate by breathing through your mouth and that can lead to snoring. Poor breathing whether nasal or mouth reduces oxygen intake which could be a main reason for morning headaches, poor concentration as well as chronic fatigue.

Well my goal here is to make you aware of a product I came a cross that I feel is worthy enough for you to giving it a try.   It's called www.breathe-aide.com  Breathe-aide is a nasal dilator widens the nasal passages, improves breathing and can possibly straighten a deviated septum. I have been using mine for about 3 months now and pleased to say that it has helped me immensely. It only cost me $14.95 and best of all it's re-usable.

I rate this product 5 Stars
