DiggBar, the new short URL and toolbar service from the most popular social bookmarking site Digg, is really cool and very much helpful in digging interesting stories.

This new service feature from Digg is simple. Users can easily create a short URL by simply adding Digg.com/ before any URL where you want the new Digg Toolbar to appear. It then transforms it into a short URL of the form http://digg.com/abcdef (custom characters usually seen on short URL services).

This DiggBar allows readers to Digg directly on the destination site without the need of going directly to Digg and submit the URL there. There are also multiple buttons on the DiggBar which can help you explore any related Diggs and comments. There are also buttons such as in Twitter and Facebook for you to easily share the story.

I really love the concept of this DiggBar! Kudos to Kevin Rose and the other people who worked for this awesome Digg feature.
