It is a type of oral communication, where the transmitter and receiver talk face to face.
Meetings
It is a combination of two or more persons, in order to solve problems or make decisions. For a meeting should be a call made at least 48 hours in advance, which shall contain the date, time and place of the meeting and details of the matters discussed (the agenda). With the use of Multimedia, for example, electronic filing, the meetings can be more productive because it makes the explanation of projects / proposals more illuminating.
Interview
This form of communication, allows information. In the interview you should be careful with the terminology in use, should be planned prior to addressing the issues.
Dialogue
It is a conversation between two or more people on a subject.
Conference
Meetings to address a specific topic in depth. Recourse to a specialist to treat the subject (speaker), which develops the themes proposed for further clarification of any doubts.
Videoconferencing
Conferences are held with the use of information technology, this means that the invited speakers are in a different location of the target audience. The video is a useful way of conducting a meeting and save on travel time and costs.
