How To Find Your Soul Mate

During the first exercise in my family group in the experiential graduate program I was verbally accosted by a second year student. What she said was not off base, but how she said it was accusing and shaming.

Talk about reliving your family of origin dynamics – from worst to best. Worst was being shamed. The best came at the end of the year, when several second year students from my family group said something like ‘I hope you know how much influence you have.’

At that moment, I saw even more clearly what I internally knew --- my belief in myself as an individual expression of Spirit (my essence) carries with it a power of presence.

Remembering who I really am at my core gives me such joy. Having to re-learn is ultimately as rewarding, but harder emotionally.

I live much of my life from my core, my essence. My business life has been built around helping others remember and trust their essence. Helping others re-member is such a pleasure because I must come from a place of pure connection that can only come from my essence. I enter into that field of oneness and together my clients and I do incredible work.

My belief in myself and my belief in their essence, their goodness, and their abilities is nothing less than magical. To many the work I do appears to be magic and they are afraid. But, all I do is tap into that ultimate authority in the universe. I see you person as a person of authority on yourself. My belief is that when you become the personal authority on yourself, you become self-aware. And when you become self-aware, you can consciously act from your essence. You have stepped out of reacting out of your ego into a place of choice.

Being at choice is a powerful position. Consciously being at choice is an even more powerful.

And, acting from your essence and bringing the power of your presence, the magic that is you, to the world in a way that only you can is the greatest gift that you can give us.

In those moments you are working not from positional power, but from your essential power. And, your very presence truly has the power to influence the world.

When you live from your essence, you will attract people to you who are at that same vibration. It's like your are a radio tower giving off sound waves at a specific frequency. Those who choose to dial into your frequency will think you are marvelous. You might even find your true love
