Disney is a great place to reconnect with friends and family. It is also a great entertainment spot with plenty of roller coasters, shows and shopping. The only problem is that the parks get so busy during the summers and spring vacation. The wait times for getting on the rides become very unreasonable. For example a popular ride could take upwards 1 to 2 hours to get on. In the hot sun with crying children this could be a real nightmare. Disney had to do something to eleviate the pain.

Introducing the Disney fast pass system. Fast pass is a way to get to the beginning of rides at Disney parks without waiting extraordinary times. The system is very simple. Get a fast pass. They are available at almost every ride in each Disney park. All you have to do is insert you park admission card and the machine will dispense a card that has the time you will be able to ride the attraction. Now, you can go about your marry way around the park till your time comes.

When it is time to ride the attraction come back to the ride and present your ticket at the fast pass ticket line. The ticket taker will check your ticket and allow you to enter the line. Now, you still may have to wait a small amount of time. Sometime 5 minutes but the tickets put you right in front of everyone else and you get first priority to ride. That is it, you are now enjoying the Disney attraction.

Disney does not have enough fast pass tickets to give to everyone that enters the park.  So, the people that come to the parks late usually don't get a chance to get any fast pass tickets.

• Get up early and get to the park in the morning.  The early bird gets the worm.  In this case, the early birds get the fast pass. 
  
• Get as many fast pass tickets to all the rides that you want to ride in the park.  This will save you time and allow you to ride every ride without any hassles.
• Epcot center does not allow people to get more than one fast pass tickets at one time.  But the tickets do show when you will be allowed to get your next one.  Sometime a hour or two from your initial pass.

Fast pass are a great way to enjoy Disney attraction.  Take care.
