If you have a daughter who loves the Disney princesses, I think it's a fun idea to get her a Disney Princess lamp for her bedroom. It's one of those magical things that will last her for years. Growing up I was more into Mickey Mouse than the princesses, so I had a Mickey Mouse lamp. Eventually the lighting part of it stopped working, so my mother moved Mickey from the lamp base to display in my room and I still have him today. I'm nearly 40 now :)

I really love this Princess trellis animated lamp. The figures are Princesses Aurora, Cinderella, Snow White and Belle. When you turn the lamp on, the princesses dance around the trellis. There's also some great Disney music and the character voices so the princesses fully come to life.

Even the lamp shade itself participates in the magic. When the lamp is lit, the shade reveals the flowers that were hidden from view.

Every princess needs a crown for her head and a carriage to whisk her away to the Royal Ball. These lamps are adorable and with their lower wattage bulbs they make great night lights for little girls who love princesses.
