Disney World Coupons And Discounts
67Disney World Coupons And Discounts
There are not many Disney World coupons available, and I don't know of any found on the internet. However, there are discounts available everywhere!
Walt Disney World's official website is always promoting at least one special offer, whether it be room discounts, free meals, or entire package discounts. Travel agencies that specialize in Disney Travel usually have access to even more discounts, and if not, will usually keep your vacation package updated as appropriate discounts become available.
AAA and some other associations have hotel discounts. Disney owned hotels usually have a discount of 10% - 15% off, and packages can be booked directly through AAA, or you can state that you want the AAA discount when booking through Disney.
Travelers from outside the US can often find country specific offers, with the most common discounts being offered to UK citizens.
Simply visit any Disney centered post or site that shows advertising, and special offers will usually be found there as well. In fact, it may be harder to book a Disney World vacation that doesn't have a discount, than it is to find a good deal.

A Note On Disney World Discount Tickets
While you can find some fantastic deals on eBay, you need to be wary when purchasing tickets from anyone but Disney World directly. Tickets that are used can not be used by someone else later since Disney uses finger scanning to identify the ticket holders. Purchase Disney World tickets ONLY from Disney World directly, or through a reputable, licensed ticket seller.

Disney World Coupons
The only source that I'm aware of for actual Disney World Coupons and not simply discount codes or cheap Disney World packages, is in the back of Birnbaum's Walt Disney World 2009. These will not give you discounts on regular park tickets, but usually contains coupons for tours, mini-golf, water parks, Hilton Head and Vero Beach resorts, as well as other entertainments. If you plan to do any of those things, the cost of the guide book will be more than paid for, and you'll have a great guide for the first time visitor on top of the savings!

One of the best websites for planning a Walt Disney World vacation is AllEars.net. Not only do they have a nice description of each hotel, park, attraction, and, well, everything, but they have tons of photos of hotel rooms, restaurants, and even the ride vehicles so that you can decide whether you'll fit comfortably into the ride vehicle. They also have complete menus for all of the eateries on property, or very nearly all of the eateries, including those little kiosks that are scattered about.
Not only does having the full menu available beforehand help you save money by planning ahead where to eat and what to order, but you can print out your favorite menus for each part to take along with you. This way, when your group gets hungry, you can whip out those handy menus and choose where you want to eat instead of just stopping wherever is closest.
Another great site for saving money at Disney World is MouseSavers.com. They keep up on many of the new discounts offered. While the site is by no means a complete collection, they may be the most complete resource found on the web.
There are also a number of e-books to be found on the web. For example, every Disney site seems to have an ad for "ex-employee secrets". That is an e-book that is currently being widely promoted. I have not read this e-book, and so I cannot recommend it, but it may be an option if you're planning your first trip.
