I remember my first club experiences. I was 18 and I always wore a nice pair of pants and blouse. I was always told that if you wear a skirt, you were planning on showing it all. When I turned 21 my friends took me to the enlisted club. I think I wore khakis. The next night, we went to a club and I wore jeans. Never once did I have to buy my own drinks or dress like I just walked off the stage of a strip club. Women want one of two things:

1. Respect
2. Sex

What ever happened to being with a guy who respected you before you had sex. It seems like now, if you want to get a guy's attention, you have to dress like a tramp. As long as girls do, that's the way it's going to be. How does it go when they're getting ready to go out?

"Do you think this will show enough butt cleavage, or should I go with this one that leaves even less to the imagination?"

"OMG girl! You should totally wear the see through blouse with the black lace bra where you can just sort of see your nipples, and that skirt shows just the right amount of butt cleavage. Plus when you're dancing with your butt all over him, he'll totally be able to see your thong! If you decide to wear a thong. Your choice."

"Crap! I can't find my debit card!"

"Oh girl don't worry about that, guys will be buying us drinks all night. Now does this corset dress with garters and fishnets make me look slutty enough? I don't want to be better than you, but I want to get some action too."

What ever happened to going out as a group of girls to dance, have a good time, and possibly get drunk and sing a song at karaoke that you will totally regret later. What ever happened to the "gatekeeper"? Guys don't have to woo us anymore. We just give it up for free. There's no work involved. We wonder why we don't get flowers anymore. No more chocolates are a no brainer. Now an Edible Arrangement would get a better response due to calories.

Lingerie is totally hot and fun! No denying that. But it should be worn for a special someone, not your favorite bar stool! An honest girl looking for love doesn't stand a chance anymore. There doesn't seem to be a guy out there who isn't looking for a quick lay. Even if he's willing to remain in a relationship after the lay, is that really what you want your relationship to be based on?

There's nothing wrong with getting horny ladies. I'm not saying that it's wrong to feel those urges. I'm not saying it's wrong to indulge those urges. For 20 bucks you can buy something that will fulfill that urge anytime you so choose with no strings attached. Then, when you meet the right guy...well let's face it, you'll only use it less often. Can't put a motor in a penis. I'm sure it's been tried.

If we want men to take us seriously, we have to take ourselves seriously. Men aren't innocent in this. Don't get me wrong, I'm not laying all the blame on the fairer sex. I just don't feel qualified to say anything to them on the matter. After my ex-husband...it wouldn't be pretty :P. So stand up proud...and fully clothed. If a man can't appreciate you with your clothes on, do you really believe he appreciates you with your clothes off, or just the warm body underneath him...or on top...oh you get the picture.
