Do (even) more sex
It is official and is more than confirmed: sex is really good for health! Learn why...
Scientists investigated, doctors approve and recommend. Enhances self-esteem, decrease the risk of heart attack, improves quality of sleep and may help prevent some diseases. Lived in a responsible way, a sexuality happy and regular only benefits.
And who says are researchers of the entire world!
A study by Queens University in Belfast concluded that a satisfactory sex life contributes to good physical shape. People with an active sex life tend to do more exercise, to take more care of themselves and take more care in food.
Sex helps to loose weight and improves your physical shape
Several British researchers concluded that sexual activity can burn up to 200 calories, if practiced three times a week. Claire Bailey of the University of Bristol in England, argues that regular sexual activity helps women to maintain flat belly and firm buttocks.
Furthermore, the muscle contractions during sex, work the muscles of the pelvis, buttocks, thighs, neck and chest, which helps to improve posture and get a good physical form.
Improves quality of sleep
During orgasm, oxytocin and endorphins are released into the blood. These substances produce a feeling of relaxation and well-being that contribute to a good night sleep.
Michael Odent, author of the book "The Scientification of Love", explains that is why some people fall asleep after having sex.
Reduces the risk of heart attack
The investigator Shah Ebrahim from University of London suggests that in men there is a relationship between the levels of dehidroepiandrosterona (also known as DHEA and chemically similar to testosterone and estrogen) released during orgasm, and reduced risk of heart attack and stroke.
Ease the pain
During and after the sexual act, oxytocin levels rise dramatically. It helps relieve the pain, including headaches. Randolph W. Evans of Houston College of Medicine says that sexual activity also increases the production of estrogen which, in turn, helps to minimize the pre-menstrual pain.
