Do you exercise regularly ? What do you do to stay in shape ? The answer is within the question itself. If we want to stay in shape we have to exercise regularly. I am a woman so i can only give tips that can be useful to other women. I dont know anything about muscle building or heavy workout exercises. What i know is that Girls want to stay in perfect shapes from age of 16 to 50. Teenagers really care their beauty by reading books about health tips. At the time of studying they want to be more beautiful so that boys will look at them. And they also want to make sure that they are the best looking among friends. I know many girls who used to play basketball and do aerobic exercises and dance classes so that they can maintain their body weight and strength without doing any heavy diets. My advice is that it is not good to go on dieting.

Eat everything you need and do exercises. Life is to be enjoyed. Dont keep any restrictions on the intake of good food. What you need to avoid to stay healthy for a longer period is to avoid preservatives like Agino-motto. Avoid eating foods that uses lot of artificial colours in it. Understand that Colours cannot increase the taste of food.they colours once get into your stomach, they won't get digested. They will cover the inner layer of your stomach and this leads to digestion problems, and Cancer. Now we can come to the topic we were discussing. No matter how many exercises you perform or reps you complete, abdominal exercises will not firm up your abs. We all have the potential to create a great midsection but until the layer of fat covering the stomach is reduced your abs will remain invisible. So how do you get rid of this layer of fat? In simple terms you need to be burning more calories than you consume through cardiovascular exercising (running, jogging, cycling etc.) Just as important is your diet. In fact a correct nutritional program accounts for as much as 80% of your success when trying to achieve a six pack stomach. Even the timing of meals and the amount you consume is absolutely crucial. To give some exercise to your thighs you should follow this pattern. Place your upper back against a smooth wall. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, toes pointed slightly outward. Distribute your body weight equally between both feet and lean back against the wall. Inhale, keeping your heels in contact with the floor at all times, slowly lower into a squat position while sliding down the wall. Exhale as you slowly straighten your legs, keeping your head and chest up, returning to the starting position. Lie on your stomach on a matt with your legs together. Movement: Reach behind you and grasp your right ankle with your left hand. Pull your right heel up as far as you can. Hold this position for thirty seconds. Repeat as required on other side. Please remember to hold for 10 seconds for this stretch. Housewives can engage in housework, laundry, cleaning floors and instead of these chores becoming a huge work load she can make them out to be a nice workout for her. Exercising promotes stronger bones and joints and will reduce the pain often associated with arthritis. Walking can help you overcome depression as well and lower your blood pressure. Girls after marraige will start getting fatter. After getting pregnant and delivery of baby, they will start execrcising after 6 months. They do this so that their body won't lose the actual shape. They will also try to avoid breasts getting looser and remove stretch marks. This is done to avoid their husbands going to outside relations like ex-girl friends. So normally they will try to keep their body in perfect shape so that they can be always in the minds of their husband. Life after pregnancy should be given more importance as this period is where relationships normally break. So continuous exercise and Yoga makes you stay happy and healthy with your family.

I take care of my: Kidz, House, Laundry, hubbub(husband, Hub pages, Dog, Nanny, Relationship,( What relationship)!,???? Girlfriend, friend, prostitute,etc... you get the point? Can you pick out the time for me to exercise? I don't have time to look in a mirror. The best exercise you can do for a busy mom,etc...... Is to just never give up, even if you did, you can still do everything and stop paying attention to others. Give it 25 minutes a day, You can stretch while walking, walk fast, run after baby while playing, watch what you eat, don't eat after 7:00pm. Do anything, just steel minutes and notice your self doing that(give your self self awareness. And stay in shape Moms. Thanks for hub i like it.
