Stay in shape

Once I started to exercise every morning and I noticed that after even light exercises I feel refreshed and filled with energy. It motivated me to do the same next morning and then morning after that....It's very important not to stress yourself and help body enjoy. Psychologically we are seeking pleasure and trying to avoid pain. It's a simple rule. That's why all the diets fail at last, because you become fed up with restricting yourself, which is "pain" at some point.

It's very important to be in control over food and eat only as much as to fulfill your hunger and receive energy. Do not overeat because food will be always there.

Also remember to eat more organic food, just imagine how it nourishes your body and brings health and beauty every time you care about yourself.

Have a light diner: salad or fruit. You will be amazed by the result in the morning. As soon as you stay in control for 21 days, it will become your habit and life style :)

Make sure that your pH level stays in control, especially after the holidays and special occasions. That is the time when we forget about healthy life style and dream about dognuts and yummy Christmas pies. That is a very good idea to go for a short period of cleansing and detoxifying. Thanks for your response! I love your healthy attitude. I had never heard of Paul McKenna or Delia Quigley so I'll be sure to check them out.
