One of my best friends lives in Russia. Once he invited me to visit his country. Everything was wonderful!

I visited a lot of places and learnt a lot about their customs. And some things impressed me to a great extent. My friend doesn’t have wearing watches. When I asked him why he answered me that among Russian people exists a superstition that happiness takes no account of time. I was puzzled. I wear watches and I am very happy. At the same time it seemed very interesting to me. I returned home and decided to do a short research. I wanted to know what other people know about this fact.

I carried out a public opinion poll. I asked people on the streets why they wore watches and had they any superstitions. People’s answers were various. The majority said that they need watches to watch the time and they didn’t know anything about superstitions. One man who had an appearance of a man of business said that his watches were the part of his image. And his watches helped him to find common language with his clients. The businessman recommended me to look into Hamilton wrist watch bargains. I promised to chalk up his advice.

One guy looked at me in wide-eyed astonishment when I asked him about the superstition. Then he showed me his watches which he had bought in brand new Oakley watch sale and said his watches made him looking like James Bond 007. The guy went farther and I smiled. The guy was really like James Bond. Some people said that they felt discomfort without watches, that watches were the part of their clothes and without watches they felt naked. One guy said that he was crazy about watches since his childhood, he liked such mechanism and had several watches with himself. Also he said that he always wanted to find authentic Luminox watches which were especially interesting to him.

For the majority of interviewed women their watches were adornments and important accessory sued to their style. One woman said that when her husband asked her which present she wanted for her birthday- watches, jewelry or gold chain- she chose jewelry cause dreamt of such present for a long time though watches she also wanted very much. Her husband spent a lot of time to choose and managed to buy pearl jewelry she dreamt about.
