Do you have any suggestions for cutting back on the use of aluminum foil in the kitchen?

My suggestions:

  • Don't prepare more food than you really need for those who are eating - then you don't left-overs to wrap up.
  • Use dishes with lids instead of cooking stuff wrapped in foil.
  • Save the little containers that take-away comes in and use them to store stuff in the fridge instead of foil.
  • Use cling-wrap.
  • Get really, seriously rich so you don't have to wonder what is happening in the kitchen (ok, not so practical as the others but a nice idea)
