The idea of having a doorway or a window with a view to our future can be a very inviting one. Often psychics and not so psychics rely on outer resources to contact what some might call the Universal Intelligence, the dead, Universal Force, spirits, etc

This is one of the most popular divination forms used. The customer must have in mind the image of whatever outcome or question ponders, the tarotist allows the customer to pick the amount of cards needed for the specific spread picked, these cards are then placed in a certain way forming a special shape in the table. The most common spread is called the Celtic spread

It can be an open reading

Open reading consists on allowing the tarot to “speak” on general subjects, or randomly speak about whatever it feels has most significance for the person being read in that precise moment

It can be a question

When the customer asks a specific question to the Tarot and the spread then becomes the answer

Tasseomancy or Cup reading has been around for a while, this is mostly a European practice that consists on reading coffee grounds or tea leaf residue on a cup once the customer has drunk its content. It was originally done with the leftover tea leafs that stayed in the cup after the customer was served a hot cup of tea and in a relaxed state would drink it’s content while concentrating on the questions pondered, once the tea was finished they would spin the cup clockwise (or counter clockwise, it varies, some cultures do not spin the cup) and would allow the leafs to fall into place. Once this happens the reader would then examine the shapes formed by leafs in the bottom of the cup and interpret the symbols left, some just stare at the cup and let the imagery appear on its own, (this done with the third eye). It varies among cultures, some use coffee instead of tea

Crystallomancy or crystal ball reading is also a very popular and antique method used for divination, contrary to the other two, the process requires a bit more use of the third eye. Usually, the reader prefers dim lights and candles around the ball, for some the flames help with the imagery, for others it distracts them. Some prefer the crystal ball because of its crystal properties, frequency and size, the larger the ball, the larger their viewing area. The process consists on the client asking questions, or like the tarot, it will bring up whatever information they may need. The reader focuses on the crystal ball and opening the third eye will begin to see imagery of probable forecast or answers the client needs.

Other forms of divination include palmistry, numerology, and astrology, among others; there are different kinds of ways, minds, and styles. My advice is to pursue your own talent, try every kind of tool out there, and try to attune to your frequency enough for you to feel the message come through. We all have within us the capacity to connect to the Universal Force, but remember, we must always work towards our collective growing, collective well being, and collective benefits. The winning lottery ticket number is an ideal dream to have, lecture to hear, intuition to feel yet it only benefits you and serves no purpose in the collective growth; how many psychics do you know win the lottery based solely on their intuition?
