Although it's not always easy to trust a man's devotion to loving only one woman, you have to try. Doubting him and voicing this doubt can lead to doom in a relationship. If you give him all that your heart can give and he tells you he loves you, then trust him. You can waste a lot of energy worrying all the time about the possibility of your man fooling around on you. Use all that energy that you have to make the relationship a happy, loving one rather than waste it.

You are worth the loving and the effort that your man puts into the relationship, now just enjoy it. Many women will want what they see that you two have, but that doesn't mean that they can take your man away. You need to do things to work on your confidence, whether it's learning to cook something he likes really well or doing something else together more often that you both like to do, for example, dancing even if it's in the home. That's what my hubby and I do.
