Downloading movies is such a tricky thing. If you go to an illegal site, you can download within hours of a premiere in the theater. If you go to a legal site, you have to wait until they are released to the site.

My personal choice is to wait and download movies from legal sites, such as Netflix. The risk of illegal sites is too great. You can catch the eye of the government, your ISP and other authorities, getting yourself removed from the Internet and in some cases, get your computer taken.

The other thing with illegal sites is that the quality is poor. Unless it is a DVD rip, you run the risk of the movie being recorded from a handheld camera. If you're going to watch a movie, why would you spare the quality?
