Doctors make big mistakes everyday. They kill thousands of grandmother and grandfathers everyday. They do not do this on purpose, but yet it is done. They make these mistakes because they are chasing symptoms and dollars, which intern causes them to mis diagnose treatment. The doctors are like whore’s and the sell out to the highest bidders. On any given day a legal pill pusher from one of the pharmaceutical companies come by and take them to the ball games, take them to the golf course, all in the efforts to get them writing prescriptions for their drugs. So what do this doctor do, what he is paid to do, write prescriptions. So why should someone who operates like that get a cap on law suits..

If the good doctors will not put a bad doctor out of business then their insurance should be high. Isn’t that how the market works, the higher the risk the higher the cost. We don’t need tort reform we need good doctors to be responsible and stop thinking about the golf course while they are in the middle of surgery. We need doctors to give people the prescription they need, not the one that they are bribed to push. You see know a lot more about this and the legal drug industry. Cost is high because people are building empires.

Why are old people scared of healthcare reform because they know that health care is what is usually what cost them their life. One minute they have a cold the next minute they are in the nursing home, or the grave. Because of some doctors mis diagnoses or bad prescription. Doctors plant more people then they save all in the name of practice. But then again that is just my opinion.
