The Colarad program has been around since the 1990's. It is a product that promotes weight loss and states you can take off the inches and the weight AND eat anything you want. Is this claim too good to be true? i this the magic pill to easy weight loss? After hearing the commercial on the radio (from a  radio announcer we never see pictures of) my co worker and I decided to give it a try.  I will review my own experiences as well as include the experiences of others if this weight loss product works.

takes off inches not the weight

If you are interested in losing inches this product does work. It is advertised to take off inches while you continue your normal diet. By the fourth week I lost 30 inches total. I lost the most inches around the waist abdomen and buttock's. Is it the Calorad itself that causes the inches loss or the fact you are not supposed to eat three hours before you go to bed:)

The Cons about this product is that first it is expensive! Go in with a friend if you want to try it. Secondly it takes well... yucky. No wonder they recommend that you drink a glass of water right afterwards. And lastly it didn't take off any weight. Myabe someone else will have a different experience but I wore the same pants size and was the same weight. Now I only tried this product for a month and that was the result I received. If I had tried it longer it may have been better.  And you lose your inches by sweating it out! I have woke up in the morning drenched due sweating overnight! be prepared to take a little shower in the morning!

I recommend that if you do try it try to change your eating habits with it. If you can afford 42- 90 dollars a month for the rest of your life then go ahead. The claims that you can eat what you want while losing weight are truly a ploy to get you to buy the product for a long period of time. It does not promote weight loss

Last hint.. make sure you put the cap back on tightly. If your three year old comes along and knocks it over it smells terrible in your carpet for a long period of time!!

What does it consist of?

Colorad is composed of Aloe Vera, Glycerin, Potassium Sorbate and Collagen Hydrolysate. What are all of these things? Well according to William R. Sukala MS,CSCS these thing are nothing we can't find in our regular foods. Mr Sukala is a fitness expert and believes that the mere fact you don't eat three hour before bed causes us to loose weight itself. Aloe vera and Glycerin can be a little bit of a diuretic so this may cause some weight loss too.

A body builder says no

A bodybuilder named Dinao Pierce put out a blog on bobybuilder.com stating he did not reccomend the product.  He states despite the claims you cna eat what you want, what you do eat will counteract the Colarad.  He calls their calims far fetched and I may have to agree.  I have included his link below if you wnat oreadmeor.

As I reviewed previously this weight loss productis not an effective weight loss tool. Yes it takes off inches, and yes you sweat like a pig a t night and yes.. it tastes terrible. We all know that things are sometimes too good to be true. Nothing beats old fashioned exercise!  As for my co-worker.. She ended up giving me her bottle too.

I bought a 4 month supply of this,I haven't lost anything.I don't think it works. You have to wait til you're ready to fall asleep to take it.It has to be the very last thing you do for the night or it won't work.I have trouble falling asleep right away,I don't know about you but I'd rather go on a food diet and exercise program.
