I was given a hackysack and on the package it read help with soccer skills. Ive played soccer for over 10 years and have never really used a hackysack to train for soccer. In all reality I do not think hackysack can make you a good soccer player. For one the hackysack and a soccer ball are different sizes and have different feels. Also when you juggle a hackysack you ussually use the inside of your feet which is a bad habit for soccer. Hackysack is fun no doubt but i really dont think hacky sack gives a person any good soccer skills. Just get a soccer ball and juggle that if you want to work on foot skills.
