Your heart is more than just a muscle - it represents a very powerful energy center which acts a hub for your emotions, beliefs and thoughts. Learn to use this energy to manifest your heart's desires
The Law of Attraction works whether you think it does or not. Like the existence of gravity, you don't have to believe in the Law of Attraction for it to work. It's always working. How? You!
You power the law of attraction in your own life.
You power it through your predominant thoughts and emotions. When you think of something over and over and over again with great emotion - you are causing an energy frequency to emanate from your being. That energy acts as a magnet to bring to you more of what you are focusing on.
Are you one of those people who says "just my luck" when something negative happens to you. Think about it - you are creating more of the same because that's what you think about - how unlucky you are.
The very words that come out of our mouths act as magnets too - especially if we are in the habit of saying certain things. "Why does this always happen to me? Always can be a very negative word. There is no such thing as always and never. These are two words that people toss around fervently and they are incorrect words to use. What is the one constant in the Universe? Change! Well, then there is no such thing as ALWAYS!
A few quick ways to get the energy in your life moving in the direction you want:
- Start a gratitude journal - write 5 things down every day you are thankful for
- Clean out your closet and donate the clothes to a thrift store or homeless shelter
- Get rid of anything you don't use in your house that's just sitting around - donate it
- Donate to charity
- Start being aware of your thoughts and feelings
- Reach for the thought that makes you feel good
- Read an uplifting story or book
- Get outside away from your computer, take a walk, a hike, go to the mountains, the beach and breathe in the fresh air, try hugging a tree
- Find a meditation program you like and use it
- Create a vision board of things you want in your life
- Take time to daydream - use creative visualization to picture the life you want
From the time I was young, I wanted to design a house. I also wanted to build it from scratch. Though it took until I was 50 for it to be done - I'm living in the house I designed and my husband and I built. Dreams can come true - no matter how old you are.
The law of attraction works whether you believe it does or not. Pay attention to what rumbles around in your head, the way you feel and what ejects from your mouth. And if you don't like it - change it!

Great advice. I've been studying law of attraction for over 10 years and it's always good to get a refresher so that you keep consciously practicing.
