Does anyone know legit sites to buy a yorkie?
57I don't have any "good sites" for you to investigate, but would tell you that if your serious about having a healthy dog of any breed, you might telephone the Kennel Club in your city and ask for a list of registered breeders.
These breeders will be very helpful and answer any and all of your questions and if they are unable to sell you one of their Yorkies from their kennel, then they will surely refer you to another who can help you find the special four legged companion your searching for.
Unless a site is referred by a Kennel Club or a Breeder registered with your local Kennel Club, I wouldn't rely on a site without a referral.
Good luck with your seach.

Great, I am happy to have been able to point you in a direction.
When it comes to having four legged companions be they pure bred or of mixed breeds, it is always safest to go through registered or legal channels. When I say legal, I am speaking of your local humane societies, or most commonly known as shelters.
These organizations, are always mindful of the pet population and do their utmost best to take care of the animal society. These shelters are staffed with animal care providers as well as animal lovers. Most of these shelters for unwanted and stray animals exist without much government funding or even donations from the larger human population and the many lovin volunteers from the community.
If you do not find the "character" your specifically searching for, please also take a few hours and check out your local pet shelter. Many times and most certainly in these difficult economic times, people abandon or have to give up their pets because they simply cannot afford to keep them, and sometimes purebreds are among those in the shelter awaiting some loving human to come along and take them home.
To those who are seeking the love and companionship of a cat or a dag, please take some time to check out your local animal shelter and if possible adopt a loving pet companion in need of human companionship and caring from there. These animals are given a health check up, bathed and fed and properly exercised so that they will be healthy and pretty for their new owner(s).
For the rest who may not be seeking another pet, and you are a pet owner, please be mindful of responsible pet ownership, having your pets spayed or neutered will greatly help cutting down on the stray and unwanted pet population.
IF you have recently lost a beloved pet and no longer have use for any unused halters, leashes, collars, blankets, pet beds or pet foods, or even a few spare dollars not earmarked for savings, please donate any or all of these items to your local animal shelter. These will surely help make their budgets go that little bit further.
