Does anyone know where I can get a quality hair- cut and service?
60Authentic Japanese Hair Service
I went to my regular hair stylist this past weekend and come to find out they went out of business. Which didn't surprise me at all seeing all that's going on in the economy, it's just a sign of the times. I had a presentation scheduled and I was really in a hurry and did not have time to shop around so I just went to the first Hair-Salon that I came across. So right after having some Sushi at The Koi restaurant in Seal Beach, on my way to the car I noticed this hole in the wall hair salon called Ampersand. So since I was desperate for a hair cut bad, I just walked right in and asked for the next available hair stylist. So, before I even sat down they were already offering me refreshments and snacks. This really made me feel a lot more comfortable because, I noticed that the hair stylists were Japanese and that their English wasn't the best. They may not have the best linguistics but they understand hair and service! And while I don't actually live in Seal Beach, that is where I will be going for my next hair cut. I was quite flattered because when I called them at 562-594-9100 to set up my next appointment they actually remembered who I was. Imagine that. So if you need a hair cut and you're in the Seal Beach/Orange County area, it might be a good idea to check this place out. Hope this article was helpful for my fellow Hubbers. Chow...

So true. It seems that good customer service is a lost art these days.

Courtesy and customer service costs nothing , Its a pity more people don't adapt this policy, maybe then they wouldn't be struggling quite as hard.
