Dom Deluise, the actor, comedian and chef, breathed his last in Los Angeles.

His son, Michael Deluise, confirms that the actor died peacefully in sleep in Santa Monica on Monday night with his entire family prsent there.

Dom was nominated for Golden Globe and starred in classics like 'The Cannoball Run' and 'Spaceballs'.

In 1970s and 80s, Deluise played in a series of comic roles and often appeared alongside Burt Reynolds.

He was alomost a regular in Mel Brook's films.

Lately He improved himself to an able chef and wrote a number of books on cooking.

At 75, Dom left us all only to be survived by his wife and three sons.
