Don't Tell Me You Love Me.

Don't Tell Me You Love Me.

It's not that I don't want to experience the possible integrity of those often underestimated words which you speak. But I've experienced the insincerity of those same words many times throughout my life and never again will I hurt myself by misleading my hopes only to be disappointed by the trust which you express to me verbally. So understand me clearly when I say, "Don't Tell Me You Love Me". Show me through more creative means. In the midst of your own personal misunderstanding of my personality make sure you don't get my cold attitude confused with that of those who search for sympathy in the shadows of attention as a comfort for their own private insecurities. Because my obvious insecurities don't require your sympathy, or your book store psychology theories. I only want your commitment of total physical honesty within the private perimeter of my not yet content life which I've created. Therefore understand me clearly when I say, "Don't Tell Me You Love Me". Show me through more creative means.

Simply Show Me...
