Diet Another FOUR Letter Word

Diet is the dirtiest four letter word ever invented. Its also the hardest job ever to do. If your like me and most people I know, your weight goes up and down with the weather, the altitude, and just by the smell of good food.

The average person can not afford the personal trainer or doctor to design the perfect menu for them. We must resort to other methods. Whats the current diet fad, the hottest diet pill on the market, the in weight loss plan or program. We see the commercials on T.V. for numerous different diets, pills, programs, and aids. We have to decide what is the right thing for me.

My mother is a good example of this, she tried everything and I mean everything; Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Cambridge, Nutrisystem, any and all current trend of the time. She did very well on all of them. She would lose 20 or 30 pounds, then something would happen she would blow her diet. She would eat something she felt she was not suppose to eat and that was the end of it all, the diet was over!

My niece was using Trim Spa, you know the Anna Nicole Smith diet pills, she was doing great. She lost 40 pounds using only one pill a day, not the recommended dosage of 2 pills 3 times a day. The boyfriend started picking on her, saying things like "your going to leave me if you get skinny aren't you." She tried to ignore him and continued with her diet and then Walgreen's stopped carrying Trim Spa. A little secret you can still get them on Amazon and at a better price than the local drug store.

Myself I have tried a number of things. What worked best was counting calories, not anymore, I have to cook for to many people now. I can't put everyone in the house on the same diet as myself. As far as what pills worked best for me, it was the ones that contained ephedra, this stuff was awesome. I lost all my weight, got pregnant gained it back, and ephedra was pulled off the market. What is a person to do now?

My sister lost over 100 pounds with the original stacker2 formula, she looked really good and what a self esteem booster that was for her. She took a new boyfriend and of course every new relationship is based around food. You know what happened it came back. It took a few years but its back none the less.

So now my sister and I have decided its time again to take on the hardest job I know, start using that dirty four letter word, and go on a diet. We have purchased some Trim Spa from Amazon. I will give it one bottle and if no positive result happens somehow I will go back to counting calories. The thing I know that worked best for me that is still available to me. The rest of the family will have to be on their own. Maybe if I'm real sweet to the hubby, he will get me that exercise bike I wanted, and make the kids leave it alone.

Goal is to go from the 180lbs that I am know to 135lbs that I should be. But without the family knowing, I don't want to be picked on by them, if you know what I mean.
