I was so addicted to Counter Strike when I was in College. I remember playing it 3-5 hours a day despite of my busy schedule, It was a part of my daily routine back then. It's a good thing that I was able to find a way to cure the addiction. I guess as years go by, the things that you want also change.

Years have gone by and I found out just recently that there are ways to actually cheat in Counter Strike! How I wish I'd known that. Those other teams that had beaten our team back in college could've been using dirty tactics against us all along and we didn't have a single clue. But it's the past nothing we can do anymore and after all it's just a game.

So for the benefit of those who are still into Counter Strike, here are the common cheats that you might want to know to avoid being cheated.

• Speedhacks - boosts the player's speed. Will work by sending false synchorization data to servers.
• Wallhacks - With this cheat, the player will be able to see through the walls. Will work when the display driver is altered to display objects that are normally obscured, or altering game textures to transparent ones.
• No spread - is used to make a player's gun shoot straight along the x axis.
• Anti-flash and anti-smoke - Will disable the flashbang and smoke grenade effect.
• No recoil - Will keep the player's gun shooting straight on the y axis without a kickback by removing gun physics.
• Barrel hack - This stuff is good if you're comfortable with cheating. It will show a line that depicts where the enemy is looking.

• ESP - which shows textual information about the enemy, such as, health, name, and distance, and also information about weapons lying around the map, which could be missed without the hack

  Now you know some of the cheats, make sure your opponent isn't using it against you. That's a lot of advantage!
