Don't be suckered, Don't Sucker
56The Money Scheme
On August 16, 2008, I logged on to the Internet at 8:40 am, and eventually I came across Grizzly Bear Make Money Online Blog, and Started to read. During my research, I signed up with onlineprofitmachine.com. They claim that I can make lots of money just by sending 100 people to the same website, and they will give me all the info for free, even how to get people to go to the site. So I clicked for the "free" info, only to have a screen pop up, asking me to spend my money. Well, I wasn't having that, so I closed the screen. Then, I found the site charging me was actually a different one, and it wasn't necessary for me to spend my money. When I closed that screen, there was another one that said I had been sent an e-mail from spm.com, containing download instructions, so I downloaded it, and started to read. By 11:08 am, what I have discovered is that the idea behind this is there is a sucker born every minute, not just any sucker, but one willing to spend money. You see, it seems to me that the key to making money with this is getting other people to spend their money, without me having to spend any of mine. Their method is to have me refer someone to the same site I was referred to, and when they register, a different website will pop up, mine was goldmine.com. If my referral spends money on this site, I get paid, if not, I don't. This is basically a system of trying to sucker people in, telling them that something is for free, and then sending them to a site that wants their money. This is not a good way to do business. First off, I didn't like the feeling when I discovered that someone had tried to sucker me into spending money. They decieved me, a tactic of the devil. God' Word says to let your yes be yes and your no be no. It is not honest business practices for you to tell somebody that they can earn money without spending money, and then take them to a website asking them to spend money. If you have come across these "opportunities" please try not to involve yourself in them, unless you make explicitly clear that they will be taken to a website where they have the option to spend money. That will keep your business practices honest. I would have felt much less decieved if they had told me all up front rather than dealing under the table. Thanks to God that I didn't spend any money.
