I'm not an expert in orchid, I'm just a photographer who know how to appreciate nature. While I was visiting my mother-in-law, I found this cute little orchid laying in the garden.

So I manage to take a few great shot of it. Unfortunately I do not know the name of this and it took me quite sometime to find out. The name for this orchid is known as Doritis Pulcherrrima. If I'm not mistaken this is the family name. There are difference variation on this species with difference color and sizes.

This one you see is from a wild strain, that's why the color looks abit dull.
