61This is an exciting cricket game which equally attracts both adults and children. It was published by the Electronic Arts in the year 1997. Cricket 97 has a lots of options. Everything you could possibly imagine can be changed. Once you've chosen your options, you can go for a quick match, a one day match, a full test match or a network game. You can of course have a 2 player game with one machine. Before the action begins you have to select the weather conditions,Squads etc. Once you've done that, Ian Botham appears on the screen and tells you all about the match conditions. Richie may pop up again and give a quick word or two. Ian Botham and Richie do a fine job and Cricket 97 is up to EA's usual high standard of presentation.
The gameplay was much better than in 96 and I found it much more enjoyable to play. The nice thing about EA Sport's games is that they always get some stars in to do the commentary and like all early sporting games they used to say the same things over and over again, but you will soon get used to it. Although gameplay has clearly improved in the games that were developed from cricket 97 (basically all EA cricket games). It is a very playable and very enjoyable game with 3D stadiums and other cool features. So if you want a simple, fun, playable cricket simulator with plenty of nostalgia value, then cricket 97 is good place to.

Dear BUNNY, Just extract the files and you get an iso. Thaen insert the iso into any vitrual drive such as Demon tool, Power iso etc... Thats it... Install and enjoy.....
but sir all file are in MDF format....what to do with them.....

Dear BUNNY, Just extract the rar files, you will get an iso file. Mount the iso file to your virtual drive. then intall tha game.

i ve extracted the file... bt after running it frm power iso , the installation doesnt start... a window appears which asks whether to install or exit. when i click on install , it asks if u want to install directX or not n after that the window disappers n the installation does nt begin....
