If you are wondering how to download big files like full movies and games. This is the easiest way to learn how to download without going to too much trouble. The next thing you are about to read will turn you into a download genius. (not literally)

here is a step by step method to getting you downloading.

1. first download this software (free download manager)

http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/

2. Then install it and study how to use the software.

3. Learn about torrents so that you can get some idea on what you are about to do. follow the link below (dont forget to go back to this page after you read)

http://www.wisegeek.com/what-are-torrents.htm

4. So now you know what torrents are and that the FDM (free download Manager) is a torrent client. There are other torrent client you can install but FDM is the best free client you can find.

Now you can get your torrents at

http://torrentz.com/

search anything you want. The site is a search engine just like google only it searches for torrents, not web pages (i am pretty sure you got that)

6. Open the torrent to get the FDM running, if you have tried opening a torrent before without the FDM, it will probably get opened in a notepad and maybe you said to your self "ok so what now?" scratched you head and wonder what to do. But now you have the torrent client so each time you open a torrent, the FDM will automatically execute. Here is what to do after you open the torrent.

a small window will open and there is a great chance that you did not read how to use the FDM hahaha! just kiddin . We all know that almost 90% of us do not read manuals or instructions so here is how "not to make things worse" if you are really a newbie in computers and softwares

find the schedule and click on it then select "at FDM startup" the click ok. It will make the download re connect every time you open FDM or your computer. because some downloads need weeks to complete like if you are downloading a 500GB+ file that maybe do not exist today so do not try looking for it.

7. Now check if the FDM is downloading. If the status shows (resume support = yes) and you see the download speed above 50kbps then you have a good torrent. but if not just look for another torrent.

well that is just everything to it. You are now a download genius

Cheers!!!
