The Wonderful Wizard of Dr. Oz Diet Weight Loss Review

I love doing weight loss reviews. Have you heard of the Dr. Oz diet? Well, first, let me explain to you who Dr. Oz is and then we can talk about the Dr. Oz diet. Dr. Oz is a famous heart surgeon who was catapulted to ever more fame by being on the Oprah Winfrey show as a guest on weight loss and health. Dr. Oz has impeccable credentials as a heart surgeon and so when he touted the Dr. Oz diet on Oprah's show, I decided to do one of my infamous weight loss reviews for the Dr. Oz diet.

You see, I lost 90 pounds in 6 months and managed to maintain it for a very long time using a food plan called Strip That Fat. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not criticizing the Dr. Oz diet, but when I find something that works for me, especially a weight loss product like Strip That Fat, I tend to become real suspicious when a new diet comes out. Of course, whenever anyone's work gets show cased on Oprah, it becomes a raging success. So here was Dr. Oz talking about his diet plan and the many books he wrote on diet and nutrition, and I began to compare it with Strip That Fat. Here is what I found, and you can draw your own conclusions.

What is the Dr. Oz Diet?

Ok, so Dr. Oz says in his book in order to have a lean figure, you must make good food choices. I agree. So does Strip That Fat. He says your diet should be filled with fiber and protein because fiber fills you up longer. I agree, somewhat. So does Strip That Fat, somewhat. He says remove all refined carbohydrates like white rice and regular pasta and replace them all with whole wheat carbs like brown rice and whole wheat-pasta. Wait a minute. Who do you know that can replace all refined carbohydrates (including sugar) with whole foods forever? Forever? Yikes. Sorry Dr. Oz, that's where Strip That Fat and your diet part ways, amicably, of course. You see, the Dr. Oz food plan sounds good, but only in theory. The reality is that people love sugar, pasta and rice - white pasta and white rice.

So it would be unrealistic to expect people to follow this kind of strict dietary advice. Dr. Oz also says that we should cut out trans fats completely, because trans fats increase belly size. Ok. Realistically, that would mean we would have to be ever vigilant in reading every single label every single time we went to the grocery store. Sorry Dr. Oz, but people are just not that disciplined! Lastly, Dr. Oz says we should exercise 30 minutes every single day no matter what. Ok, what world does he live in? America happens to be one of the laziest countries in the world. I think Dr. Oz' food plan and ideas are really healthy on paper, but how realistic would it be to expect people to follow a plan like that which requires diligence and discipline? People want weight loss fast, with ease and convenience. Enter, Strip That Fat.

Strip That Fat Reigns Supreme

First, Strip That Fat agrees with Dr. Oz about incorporating high fibrous foods in one's food plan, but they also stress that too much fiber, especially if you are not used to eating fibrous foods, will cause constipation. So Strip That Fat limits the amount of fibrous intake on its food plan. Second, Strip That Fat makes their diet very easy to implement in that it doesn't tell you to "stay away" from any particular food groups, which is sure to make anyone want to binge on those very same foods you forbid them to have. People want ease and convenience when it comes to weight loss. Strip That Fat delivers ease and convenience by providing a Diet Generator, a software that generates over 40,000 printable diets on demand - at a very low price! Here's how it works. You type in whatever you want to eat for that day - anything. Strip That Fat Diet Generator will configure what you've input and print up the day's menu - complete with grocery list! Talk about convenience.

The Bottom Line Is Convenience and Ease

Lastly, Strip That Fat comes with specific exercises you can do - even while you are sitting at your desk. Unlike, Dr. Oz' exercise program, you must exercise 30 minutes every single day. Who has time? In sum, although Dr. Oz' food plan really does have merit, it falls short when it comes to convenience and reality. People want convenience and ease. What makes Strip That Fat win over its competitors is that it gives dieters just that. To purchase Strip That Fat Today.

Excellent information in this lens. It's so true that people wouldn't be able to stick to a diet where they couldn't ever eat white rice, or pasta or sugar. I certainly couldn't. Strip That Fat worked for me when nothing else would!

Hi there! Thanks so much! Well, actually, I have not eaten rice or bread or sugar in 10 years and I don't miss it. I also have weighed and measured 3 meals a day with nothing in between for the last 10 years. You get used to it. But I love STF I just can't tolerate grains and sugar so it was something that works well for me.
