Dress Like Corpse Bride This Halloween

Is Corpse Bride still waiting for her true love in the graveyard? At least, let her rise up for fun at Halloween.

Corpse Bride (2005) is an amazing animated film directed by Tim Burton, whose mind seems to be full of whimsies. This time, the story is based on a traditional Russian folktale.

At a Victorian village in the late 19th century, Victor Van Dort (voiced by Johnny Depp) and Victoria EVerglot are engaged, so that Victor’s parents could be in higher social status, while Victoria’s parents could get more money.

At a wedding rehearsal, Victor screws up his vows, and he gets into a wood to practice. When he speaks out the vows correctly at last, he puts the ring on a finger-like twig, which turns out to be a rotten finger of Emily, the Corpse Bride. She revives and claims she is now Victor’s legal wife.

Emily brings Victor down to the underworld, where to Victor’s surprise is vital and colorful. Gradually, he’s kind of falling in love with her.

Actually, Emily used to be in love with a man in her past life, but her father opposed. Therefore they intended to run away. The man asked her to wait in the wood, but when they met there he killed her. So Emily keeps waiting her lover there.

Corpse Bride is a bluish, half-skeletal, busty girl. Her left arm and right leg are rotten, exposing with white bones. Behind her one of her popping eyeball lives a maggot. Her right ribs are seen through her wedding dress.

At Halloween, dressing up as Corpse Bride is really a good choice. It’s so cool and charming! You can carry out this plan easily.

Just take a look at the following link to a beautiful, amazing Corpse Bride Halloween costume.
