Drinking three or more cups of tea a day is as good for you as drinking plenty of water and may even have extra health benefits, say researchers. There are so many health benefits by taking 2- 3 cups of tea daily. Some benefits are as follows:-

1. It reduces the risk of heart attack - Drinking tea may help keep your arteries smooth and clog-free, the same way a drain keeps your bathroom pipes clear.

2. Tea has less caffeine than coffee- Coffee usually has two to three times the caffeine of tea

There is more to tea's benefits than just health-wise. Who can forget the glasses of tea's gobbled during the endless sessions of chats with friends on side :)
