When I first heard about the ability to drive your car with water, my first assumption was that it involved a car being entirely powered by water. While science has been able to run engines on water experimentally none of these engines have anywhere near the power to run a vehicle. Hence an entirely water powered car really is too good to be true. However you can drive your car with water and a combination of traditional gas or diesel. While this combination of water and gas may not be as appealing as water alone it still provides some substantial benefits including:

Of course this all depends on the condition of your car, an engine that needs a tune up is never going to be as efficient as one that is running well, with or without the conversion.
