It sounds to me that you already had the malware infection on your PC and when drivercure went to correct the problem it has exposed the hidden file which is waht is now causing you all the problems.
You might want to try the tech support at paretologic website...
I have a brand new computer running Vista...no chance of a malware infection. I have the exact same problem as Rick. DriverCure will NOT let me uninstall it. It keeps throwing up advertisements about getting it free. Then it runs my CPU resources at 60% continuously...for days. Can anybody help get rid of Drivercure?
I got rid of DriverCure!!! I am not sure if all of these processes were necessary but here's how I did it:
(Running Vista)
1. Remove all DriverCure and Paretologic tasks scheduled in Task Scheduler. (most are addware/malware in my opinion)
2. Go through uninstall process and while it has hijacked your CPU...
3. Open explorer=>Program files(x64)=> Paretologic => drivercure and begin to delete the .dll components and then the drivercure application. I was then able to delete the entire file folders (Drivercure and Paretologic) and all of their components.
4. Ctrl-Alt-Del => Start task manager => Processes tab and End Process of Drivercure.exe32
5. Go through Uninstall procedure again and it will not find it. It will then ask you if you want to remove Drivercure from the program list. Click on "OMG YES" hehe.
Only smoke left.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT! How do I get rid of Paretologic Drivercure? This maleware scewed up my computer, bad! Tried Add/remove, Uninstall file and removing it by using winCleaner, and all I got was connot remove file being used by another person or program.
