It's always a good feeling to have all of your research together. You have the niche that you are looking for, the drop shipping company ready and the marketing ready to attract customers. However, you aren't done with the whole process just yet. Before you get happy feet, there are some things that I want you to do. You will want to make sure that the product that you are marketing is in high demand. There isn't anything more frustrating than having a product in line that isn't bringing in the results that you are looking for. Basically, you will want to study the trends so that you won't have much of a struggle to sell a product.

 

You will want to double check to make sure that the drop ship company that you chose has the product that you are interested in selling. You will also want to be aware of the drop shipping policies that the company has so that there won't be any set backs. If there isn't anything that you are comfortable with, then you will want to make the necessary changes. One of the major problems that sellers have with companies is the unavailability of requested drop shipping items from customers. This is a huge turn off for customers.

 

Try your best to establish a relationship with the drop shipper so you can have special privileges for getting out products as soon as possible. In addition to this, you will be able to get your questions or issues dealt with directly since you are a constant partner with them.

 

You should also keep your eyes on the products that can be effective in your market. Keeping you knowledgeable of the products. Drop shipping items could very useful for you because you won't have to rent out storage space or fill your garage with hundreds of products.

 

The number one thing that you will need to do is have your customer service in tact. If you have your customer service in order, then you will be able to get referrals. Referrals are where the big money is. As long as you are keeping in touch with customers, giving them new product information, sending them Christmas cards, thank you cards, etc, then you will get a huge positive response. Also, if there is a problem with the seller, then you will be able to respond in a timely fashion. No one is perfect, but efficiency is just as good.  

 

You will want to have a database website that gives you a list of suppliers for the item that you are selling. I use a website that helps me find the best suppliers on the web. It has generated me thousands of dollars per month, and it can do the same for you as well.
