Dry skin are evidenced by an excessive dryness of the face and hands, cracked, wrinkled, ashen and whitish skin in which the skin cells flake off. Generally , this problem is more common in winter.

Recommended Treatments :

Although dry skin can be caused by lack of vitamins - E, A, and D, it can also be caused by not drinking enough water, causing dehydration, or by an excessively dry environment.

You should moisturize the skin with a lotion rich in aloe, vitamin E and A, jojoba, lanolin, collagen, in addition to drinking 8 to 12 glasses of water daily.

Also you should apply mineral oil to the body, then rinse off with water. Massage the skin with water and oil, drying gently before dressing.

Recommended Food Supplements:

  • Aloe vera juice : softens and moisturizes skin
  • Beta-carotene : Powerful antioxidant, repairs and maintain body tissues
  • Vitamin E
  • Sodium 500 mg.
  • Magnesium 300 mg.
  • Potassium 2,000 mg.
  • Moisturizing Cream with jojoba
  • Lip balm with jojoba
