Dual Colon Cleanse
Colon cleansing has become a very popular issue nowadays. Most people are aware about the importance and impact periodic detoxification of their bodies has on their health and colon cleansing seems to be one of the major concerns here. At the same time most people are still not very comfortable with this procedure done in a hospital. The only alternative in this case seems to be to have this detoxification procedure done at home.
Salt Water Flush - Colon Cleansing at Its Best
If you are looking for something that is very private, effective and inexpensive there is nothing better than the salt water flush for the cleansing of your colon. When you compare this method with all those available in the market, you will find that there is nothing that does the job better while it costs you next to nothing.
Have you wondered yet why this type of colon cleansing is known as salt water flush? This is because it not only detoxifies your colon, but also the whole digestive system which includes your stomach, the small and the large intestines as well. This means you would be getting rid of not only the toxic contents in your colon, but also of all the other harmful components in your digestive system.
How Is the Salt Water Flush Procedure Actually Done?
The procedure starts with dinner. Take a very small dinner and sleep at least six hours the night previous to this colon cleansing method. Do not have any breakfast when you wake up. Prepare your salt water flush by mixing two to four tablespoons of sea salt in a quart of lukewarm water. Do not use table salt or iodized water as this would not have the same effect. Mix the salt thoroughly in the water and then drink it as quickly as you can without gagging.
It is advisable to drink this solution kneeling down as this seems to make it easier for the waste material to get dissolved and pushed out of your system. Once you finish drinking the whole thing – and this should not exceed 15 minutes – you do your regular work while waiting for the salt water flush to do its thing.
Within half and hour to one hour you should feel the urge to defecate. If this feeling does not come, it means you need some more of the solution. Make another solution and drink half of it and wait for the pressure to go to the toilet. Wait for another 30 minutes and finish the other half if there is still no bowel movement.
Soon you will have many stools and the end of which your system would be free from all waste and toxins. You will need to take probiotics after this because this flush removes the friendly bacteria as well along with the harmful ones.

Hi Beauty Secrets,
When I was about 25, the first holistic doctor I'd ever been to in my life had me do something similar. He turned my life around. I felt a lot lighter after that cleanse.
The best to you.

Together we can cure cancer - one person at a time!
Detoxification is currently becoming one of the most natural solutions for making ones body free from toxins. Proponents of this trend had claimed that detox is an important move to take for the reason that toxins are bad for health. Colon cleansing is one way of detoxifying. I just paid $25 for colon cleansing Kit. I'm a bit of a health nut and would like to try this method but I don't know if I can gag down 1 quart of salt water. I'll give it a try though. How often can you do, this cleansing?

I have cleaned my colon before and it is pretty amazing what comes out of you... I felt great afterwards
I would have to totally agree. I actually had my colon cleaned a year and a half ago and it is hard to explain how good you feel after. Most people think it sounds strange but for those of us who have done it you know the great feeling that you have afterward.
While speaking about the idea does sound a little disturbing, I know I had one last year and there are truly no words to describe exactly how good you feel afterwards. It's a process I highly recommend, great information.
Having a clean colon is the secret to overall health. I have been focusing more on my abdominal health and can see results in all aspects of my overall health.

It's always sounded pretty yucky to me ... but I'm coming around slowly - it really does seem to have some wonderful health benefits.
I do this colon cleanse at least once a week! It's natural and works the best out of everything I have ever tried. It's not hard on the body. The salt water can make you a little nauseated but, take it slow and know that at the end you are giving your body a real treat.
I'm at the age where somewhat regular colon cleansing is necessary. Although I have a good diet and exercise regularly, I can't think of a good reason not to try your salt water method. Certainly the benefits outweigh the displeasure of drinking warm salt water. I'll give this a try on a morning that I don't have to be any place. Thanks.
For people with health problems such as high blood pressure; do you know if this is perfectly safe? It sounds like a very good method for a cleanse. Very good imformation.
The Salt Water Flush scares me a little as it seems extreme.
The idea is that you make the salt water solution so strong (2 teaspoons per quart for some, up to 4 tablespoons per quart for others) that your body does not ingest it, just as it cannot ingest sea water. Instead of ingesting it and urinating the mixture, it passes through your intestines and passes as faeces would, except not quite as solid! Therefore I don't believe there is deteriment if you have high blood pressure, you're not ingesting the salt!
