Dubli Review

There seems to be a large portion of the internet population who are quite sure that all opportunities must indeed be scams. This article at http://www.videosmyth.com attempts to dispell that thinking in a fairly logical manner.

There are so many choices today for great online shopping .Retail stores with online presence, auctions, & e-commerce sites among them. So when you buy something, how do you know you're really getting the best deal?

For many of us online shopping is no longer a strange concept for techies & kids, it is becoming the normal shopping mode. Often a local store or shopping mall does not carry the products that we buy online, and even if they do, some of us shop online for the best price, while saving the cost of our gas & time in the process.

2008 being a tough year in all sectors, e-Marketer reports that U.S. retail, E-commerce sales for 2008 was at about $136 billion just up a slight 7.2 percent from $127 billion in 2007. Amazon tallied a huge holiday season, moving 72.9 items per second, Web Pro News reports.

While the U.S. State Department of Commerce starting tracking these statistics in 1999, many of us are just becoming aware of the great deals online, & are joining the crowd already shopping there.Although double digit growth was not witnessed, even as regular businesses are failing the buyer & seller alike are finding the internet as the next natural progression in our society.

Certainly there are many good deals online- from closeout retailers to auction houses like eBay, or shops like Amazon. In many cases, you may be buying last year's model or a discontinued style, color or make, or a new item that is just at retail or below retail.

As an alternative to eBay and Amazon, you can have a great online shopping experience with Dubli. The reverse auction platform at Dubli allows you to get deals on new product that you cannot get elsewhere. How can this be? Simply put, the lowest bid takes the item. I suppose you would be happy with $0.00 purchases?

How about a $5,000 Wal-Mart gift certificate? Someone “purchased” it at Dubli recently for $0. That's something I have never heard of before.

How about an ipod for 20 buck? It depends what is it worth to you, right? (Check out Online Radio interview to hear how a woman spent $8 to buy a $350 Microsoft X-Box.)

Dubli is a shopping portal that is going in reverse. It is an online auction shopping site with a ton of fun mixed in. Unlike eBay and other online auction houses where the highest price wins, at Dubli the prices go down. How can this be?

>

Simple, when you register for free, & purchase a “Dubli credit" you then use it to view the price of the item in question. As you do so, the price of the item is reduced by 25 cents. The product selection is broad, and you can find electronics such as iPods, GPS, flat screen TVs; or designer goods like Gucci bags, or even new automobiles, such as the Mini cooper, or packaged vacations and more.

How Bid Credits Work at myinvertedauction

The product details except for the price information are given. The way the Dubli system works is that you use your Dubli "bid credits" when you want to see what the price is for a product. To view the price, one Dubli credit is used at a cost of .80 cents or less (depends on how many you buy at a time). Once you view a product, the price is automatically driven down by 25 cents.

A Quick Overview on How Dubli Works

o Each click on "show price" lowers the actual price

o The price drops in 25 cent increments

o Each "show price" click costs 80 cents

o When the price is right - just buy it!

So when thousands of people are bidding on a product, you can see how the price is driven down. If you wait too long, someone else may buy the product right from under you. That's why the bargain online shopping deals on Dubli are at 90% below retail!

Now, this online shopping is fun and exciting and you don't have to drive to eight different stores for a low price. There are three auction platforms within the Dubli portal. The one mentioned above is the "Xpress" option. When I use a bid credit to view the price I decide whether it's low enough to purchase. I can then decide to watch it or click to buy it now.

You can learn more about the other two auction types after you register at myinvertedauction.com.

This is indeed a unique platform that I am sharing with you.

I paid to Dubli for about 200 credit points. I regret ever having spend my money on them. I tried to bidding on 3 items and at the end I lost all my credits (MONEY) and ended with nothing.

Bottom line, DUBLI is a complex scam where the charge for the you to place a bid, and it some else, looking for the smallest unique bid, where in reality, i find hard to believe. Specially when I actually bid the same amount for the item.

Keep your self and you money away from this company, I would rather spend my money in Ebay and /or Bidz, where I do not loose money by just only placing a bid.

I am consumer, I have to tied to any company and I work to hard to make a living. Do not give your hard working money to this company. Better to wasted on yourself.

And, YES, Dubli is a scam ………

I've spent several credits on Dubli in all areas... Its basically gambling scheme. Think about it... you pay .80 to drive the price down .40? then someone at the bottome wins or buys it? So if the product has dropped $100 in price, its cost the cusumer (as a whole) $200 to drop the price $100 and 1 person gets lucky. The next ebay? now thats funny!
