Symptoms of Dyspepsia :

  • Pain in the upper abdomen
  • Heartburn
  • Belching
  • Fullness
  • Heaviness in the stomach region
  • Spitting up food or sour tasting liquid

Causes of Dyspepsia :

  • Ulcer of the stomach
  • Hyperacidity
  • Cancer of the stomach
  • Gallstone
  • Collitis
  • Constipation
  • Chronic appendicitis
  • Worry
  • Nervousness

Dyspepsia can be treated only by treating the disorder that is causing it. It is more of a symptom of the disorder.

Treatment for Dyspepsia :

  1. Eat food that are rich in fibers.
  2. For immediate relief make a rice coffee. Roast ½ cup rice, make sure its almost burned and sticky, then put it on a 2 or 3 cups boiling water. Drink it. If you can't roast a rice anymore, strong brewed coffee will do. You will feel the result in about 30 to 1hours after you drink the coffee.
  3. Drink green tea after meal to help with the proper digestion of food.
  4. Drink 3 Tbps of Apple cider vinegar mix with 1 glass cold water and honey is also a very good way to treat and prevent this disorder.
