Are you suffering from one of the following?
Nervousness-when your nervous system reacts differently to normal stimuli in an excited or irritated way.
Hyperactivity or aggressiveness- being aggressive and violent.
Insomnia- not sleeping well. Other nervous illnesses include Anorexia Nervosa, Depression, Stress, Headaches and Migraines and Anxiety.

Your diet should now consist of more whole-grain cereals, wheat germ, vitamin B1, malt beverage, honey, lettuce, legumes, zinc, carbohydrates, vitamin c, almond, chick pea, pine nut, walnut, banana, yogurt vitamin B6, magnesium, avocado, iron, pollen, cashew, green peas, sunflower seeds and passion fruit.
Always eat a good breakfast. Do not eat two or three before going to bed eat earlier. Get at least eight hours sleep. Exercise regularly.
Reduce these from your diet stimulants, alcohol, white sugar, additives, meat, refined baked goods,soft drinks, proteins, cured meat, chocolate, total fat, wheat bran, and saturated fat, ice cream and diary products.
Did you know that cashew nuts are rich in magnesium and help reduce or prevent nervousness, irritability, depression, weakness and tiredness?
Did you know that lettuce calms the nerves, reduces stress, insomnia, tension and anxiety?
