EVIDENCE OF VOTER FRAUD
55We need an overhaul of the voting process
In an earlier hub, I discussed voter fraud and searched for examples on ballot and Registration fraud.
Following are some examples
Several people claimed that they showed
up to vote at their precinct, but were told that they had already voted. Two
women said that they saw that someone else signed their signature on the rolls.
This was a common complaint that other attorneys received throughout the day.
Someone called and said that there were
over 200 votes for Obama on the voting machine when the polls opened that
morning.
I got several calls about people voting
on the machines instead of receiving provisional ballots if there was a problem
with the voter's identification. The problem with this situation is that a
provisional ballot can be challenged later in court. If someone votes on the
machine, it cannot be challenged and will be lost forever. Additionally, some
precincts ran out of provisional ballots. Philadelphia
had only printed out a limited amount of these provisional ballots.
One person called and said she saw
someone vote for Obama 32 times in a row. He looked in the book listing the
names of all registered voters, called out a name, and if the person were not
present, he told the person in charge that he was voting for that person and
they should put down Obama.
Over a dozen Republican poll observers
called to say they did not want to report for work because people had told them
that they would be paid $200 NOT to show up for work that day. This
"bounty" was intimidating to poll observers because of the implied
threat of what might occur if they did show up.
Some of the polling precincts were so
violent, female attorneys could not be sent out to handle complaints. Only men
were sent out. One of the volunteer attorneys called to tell me he had just
received a death threat from a voter at a polling location.
Another attorney in the room took a call
from someone who said there were "Black Panthers" outside the
entrance of one of the polling precincts. These "Black Panthers" were
men dressed up in military uniforms, brandishing nightsticks at anyone who
entered the voting precinct. They asked each person if they were going to vote
for Obama.
Voter intimidation was a common
complaint, with several callers complaining that poll workers were wearing
Obama t-shirts and buttons. In one of the calls from a poll observer, I heard
people chanting "GO OBAMA" in the background, inside the polling
place. Obama supporters also left Pro-Obama literature in the voting booths in
some precincts. This literature included a pamphlet that said "HOW TO VOTE" and
instructed voters how to vote for Obama and the Democratic ticket. The pamphlet
did not clearly identify itself as Democratic Campaign material and did not
explain how to vote for candidates from other parties.
One of the attorneys told me that there
were over 400,000 fraudulent voter registrations prior to Election Day in Philadelphia. He was part
of a legal team that had been filing in court for the past few weeks on this
issue. He said that ACORN was issuing paychecks to people who were working for
their organization. These paychecks were then used to register to vote. In Philadelphia, utility
bills, paycheck stubs, and other documents are used as identification when
registering to vote.
All of the complaints that I took were entered into a database in the
McCain-Palin Headquarters in Philadelphia,
PA. Perhaps this database could
be subpoenaed to gain access to this information regarding voter fraud.
In Summary:
If there were 400,000+ fraudulent voter registrations before Election
Day in Philadelphia
(conservatively), then on Election Day there were at least this many
fraudulent
votes cast. If ACORN was involved with many of these voter
registrations, which
the reports and media coverage seem to suggest, then the votes were
primarily
for Barack Obama. Multiply the 400,000 fraudulent votes that occurred
in Philadelphia by every other major city in the United States
and you get a whole lot of fraudulent votes that were cast for Barack
Obama.
Perhaps this was enough votes to sway the election in Barack Obama's
favor.

I really should delete you from my site after reading some hubs on your site. It seems to me that your are a Liberal. I listen to many voices but prefer being a Conservative.
I'm an immigrant and want no part of socialism.
I agree with you that fraudulant votes may have swayed the Election in Obama's favor. I go a little further than that.
If you multiply what has happened in Philadelphia by the rest of cities involved, Omama got in by fraud.
Bernie, you need, in my opinion to broaden your sources of information. As an immigrant, I assume from a former Soviet bloc country, I can understand your dislike of socialism. However, you are now in the U.S. where there are practically no socialists.
As for the election, Obama won by 6 percentage points, and there has been no credible claim that he stole the election. The same is not true when Gore got a majority of the popular vote over Bush but had the election stolen in Florida by the Republican secretary of state and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Stop looking under the bed for socialists. There are none!
You are a very misinformed man. You are in a forest of liberals and don't see the socialists
Democrats are the party of voter fraud. "Vote early and vote often" was their battle cry in Chicago for a century. They have dead people vote and even their pets are registered. Thank you for presenting the facts about this terrible injustice to democracy.
Thanks James, always good to hear from you. Anything I post is being researched for truth.

Hightly unlikely, if not impossible.
