What is Early Menopause

Early menopause is spontaneous or induced menopause that occurs well before the typical age of natural menopause (51). So if menopause occurs before the age of 45, it is considered early menopause

Early menopause is more common than most women realize, every year thousand of women experience a sudden drop of estrogen levels known as “Estrogen Crash” that leaves the women in clutches of early menopause.

Estrogen Crash occurs when both of woman’s ovaries are removed or suddenly stop functioning which result the body stops producing estrogen.

More often than not, doctors are unable to determine a cause for early menopause . This makes  more  difficult for woman who suffer from early menopause to accept and deal with this new stage of life . Sometimes though, there are very obvious causes of premature or early menopause such as surgery or chemotherapy.

Early menopause also has symptoms and because early menopause is often due to illness, surgery or genetic issues which caused estrogen crash. Estrogen Crash can cause extreme suffer from night sweats, hot flashes, fatigue, depression, insomnia, headaches, and joint or muscle pain

Same as those of natural menopause symptoms a woman that have early menopause can experience emotional ups and downs known as mood swing, including anxiety, depression, cravings, and forgetfulness. All of these symptoms are triggered by the fluctuation of hormones in the body during menopause.
