Easy Effective 8-Step Diet Plan
“My diet starts today” – you keep on saying and saying but it doesn’t seem to happen. Perhaps the problem is you haven’t had a nice diet plan to get you on with it, or, your diet plan is just unrealistic. You can do better with this easy effective eight-step diet plan.
1. Eat whole grains. Whole grains are fibers that don’t get stuck on your gut but instead are washed down the drain. It serves just the right amount of carbohydrates your body need. And it’s a great diet for its ability to keep you feeling full and satiated throughout the day. Your best choices are whole wheat bread or oatmeal.
2. Be a citrus lover. Berries, bell peppers, and other citrus rich food are shown to control the body’s fat absorption. It also strengthens immunity. So eat at least one orange or a cup of strawberries to trim your waist and ensure your health.
3. Go bananas. Another food that curtails unwanted substances to your body, this time sodium, is banana. The potassium in bananas is revealed to limit the level of sodium in your body hence helping to keep your belly from swelling. A banana a day keeps the belly away!
4. Go fresh, not processed. Even if you’re trying to stay from the salt shaker while dieting, sodium could still be sneaking in to your system. You’re otherwise getting it from processed food. The next time you go shopping, stay away from the instant or pre-prepared food section and rather pick up the fresh alternatives.
5. How ‘bout eggs. Eggs are very high-protein and it says that if you get much protein you get muscles, and if you have muscles you burn calories better. Eggs then are the ultimate weight loss food. Not to mention, eating eggs also keep you satiated. No more going hungry and binge eating.
6. Nuttiness is best. If you’re dieting, it may still be hard for you to just stop eating. Diet experts do believe that snacking throughout the day while dieting is okay. In fact, it’s best to eat 4-5 small meals than 2-3 large meals in a day. What matters is that you eat the right food and to eat it in small increments. For this, the best choice is to snack on nuts – better than candy, and the amount is easily controllable – just one small handful each time.
7. Bean is beautiful. Beans are dieters’ food because it’s full of fiber and protein, therefore keeping you satisfied and helping to avoid overeating. If you want to trim your belly fat try having beans instead.
8. Water please. Drink enough, and even MORE water, especially if you’re eating a lot of fiber. Having plenty of fluids in your body keep constipation (over-filled tummy) away. Keep your digestion free-flowing by drinking water, flush down sodium and toxins, and besides, water keep you from choosing sweet calorie-carrier flavored drinks.
