Toddlers are always on the go. Where they get their energy I will never know. Feeding these busy bees can be quiet challenging. You want them to eat health, but you also need their snacks to be quick, and easy to eat for kids on the go. Here are ten quick snacks my toddler enjoys.

1. Peanut Butter and Crackers- Peanut butter is a good source of protean. They can be set out on a plate for a quick bite in between games. They can also be placed in a zip lock bag when you have to go out and about.

2. Fruit and Veggie trays- They are a good source of a wide variety of vitamins. The fruits and vegetables can be cut into bit sizes or small sticks that make them easy to eat for little hands.

3. Apple wedges with peanut butter

4. Low fat turkey roll ups- Wrap up turkey slices in whole grain tortillas.

5. Cheese and crackers- Use low fat cheese to make this quick snack.

6. Bagels with fruit in them make a great snack. They are low in sugar an can be cut in to small pieces that your toddler can handle

7. Multi grain cereals like Cheerios can be placed in a zip lock bag and taken with you. They are a better option than what you will find when you have to make a quick stop for something to eat at a connivance store.

8. Low fat mini muffins are a great alternative to cookies or cake.

9. Fruit smoothies- Blend frozen or fresh fruit with ice, juice, and plain yogurt. You can find many recipes online or come up with your own.

10. Multi grain tortillas topped with refried beans, shredded low fat cheese and plain yogurt.
